Why Copper? Our Agnihotra pyramids and accessories are made of copper. According to the Vedas, copper and gold have special healing properties. These metals also have special conductive properties. You should keep objects made of other metals away from your Agnihotra supplies once they are in use, as they may detract slightly from Agnihotra’s effects.
Why is it important to use pyramids
supplied by us?
Our copper pyramids have been approved by
Parama Sadguru Shree Gajanan Maharaj for their correct size
and shape. Purity of the copper is ensured due to
the seamless construction which precludes the use of
solder.
Some people have asked us about imported pyramids which have handles attached. We do not recommend them because:
1. the size and shape may not be
correct;
2. the copper may not be pure;
3. the metals used in the handles
and/or solder attaching them to the pyramid may detract from
the effect of Agnihotra;
4. if the pyramid has been punctured to attach the handles, the shape of the inside surface of the pyramid is altered and therefore this will affect the energies that are produced with
Agnihotra.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN USING YOUR PYRAMID: We recommend that you wash your pyramid in warm water and dishwashing liquid, rinse it thoroughly then dry it with paper towels or a clean cloth, to remove any traces of unevaporated solvents used in processing the copper.
Caring for your pyramid: For optimum results, maintenance of the exact shape of the pyramid is crucial. The interior surface of the pyramid should not be damaged. We recommend that to remove the ash, simply turn your pyramid upside down over a container and let the ash fall out, or GENTLY use a copper spoon or your right hand to help remove clumps of ash from your pyramid; don’t scratch the inner surface. It’s okay if a layer of ash remains on the inside of the pyramid, and it’s normal for the pyramid to turn black from use.
